The World Record of ‘longest performance of baddha padmasana yoga’ has been achieved by Dr. Rakesh Chandra Singh Patel from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
On June 03, 2018; Dr. Rakesh performed the Baddha padmasana yoga (locked lotus pose) for Two hours Forty Two minutes Twenty Six seconds (2H:42M:26S).

The World Record of ‘longest performance of baddha padmasana yoga’ was achieved by Ravi Kumar at Kota, Rajasthan, India. On Jun 20, 2018; Ravi performed Baddha padmasana yoga (bounded lotus pose) for Thirty Five minutes Eight seconds (35M:08S). World Record has been achieved during the celebration of International Yoga Day. Program was convened by Dr. Jaideep Arya and organized by Patanjali Yogpeeth, Government of Rajasthan and Resonance Eduventures Ltd.
The World Record of ‘longest performance of viprit padasana yoga’ has been achieved by Simaran Mishra (09 years 08 months) from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
On June 21, 2018; Simaran (daughter of Ms. Shobha Devi & Mr. Upendra Mishra) performed the viprit padasana yoga (opposite leg pose) for One hour Seven minute Thirty seconds (01H:07M:30S).
