The World Record of ‘longest performance of ardh kapotasana yoga’ has been achieved by Vartika Uttam from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

On Jun 21, 2018; Vartika performed the ardh kapotasana yoga (half pigeon pose) for Two hours Four minutes (02H:04M).

Sardar Patel Yog & Naturopathy Medical Institute organized the program.
