The World Record of ‘largest crossword’ has been achieved by tourism department from Lvov, Ukrain.
It has been imprinted on the side of a 30 meter tall apartment building, the world’s biggest crossword puzzle consists of 19 squares across and 34 squares in height. During the day the crossword appears empty – with the answers lighting up at night. The questions for the puzzle are located in different point of interests of the city: monuments, theatres, fountains etc. so people walking around the city can try to solve the puzzle and write down their answers. When night comes they can meet at this house and check how they did.
The World Record of ‘largest human depiction of tree guard’ has been achieved by Kunda Jaiv Vividhata Vikas Sansathan from Kunda, Madhya Pradesh, India.
On Dec 12, 2015; Four Hundred Seventy Six (476) people joined hands to form the largest human Depiction of tree guard.
The World Record of ‘highest number of Ten wicket hauls in cricket test matches’ has been achieved by Mr. Muttiah Muralitharan from Sri Lanka.
During the international test cricket career (Aug 28, 1992 – July 18, 2010); Mr. Muralitharan achieved the 10 wicket hauls Twenty Two (22) times. He is the only player to take 10 wickets per match against every Test playing nation.
The World Record of ‘largest human depiction of SMS symbol’ has been achieved by Modern High School from Narayanganj, Bangladesh.
On May 23, 2015; One Thousand One Hundred Thirty Two (1132) people stood in the form of a SMS symbol. The world record was attempted to promote the use of modern technology in everyone’s life.
