The World Record “longest radio broadcast marathon on cancer awareness” has been achieved by Shri Balaji Cancer Hospital from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
During Sep 15-17, 2026; 94.3 MYFM Raipur aired the ‘Mission Cancer Free Chhattisgarh – Cancer Awareness Marathon’ for Fifty One (51) hours, featuring cancer awareness conversations, information on cancer screening, patient awareness stories and listener participation, with doctors and experts from SBCH.
The marathon was conducted with the objective of encouraging people to take proactive steps towards cancer prevention and early detection.

During Aug 14 – 18, 2026; 94.3 MY FM radio aired the ‘Solar Masterclass’ for Eighty (80) hours during which Mr. Kanwaljeet Singh Khurana created awareness about solar energy and addressed listeners’ queries through an extensive on-air counselling and knowledge sharing Question & Answer session.
The World Record “longest dasasahitya singing marathon” has been achieved by Sangeetha Balachandra at Udupi, Karnataka, India.
During Aug 23-24, 2026; Vidushi Sangeetha sang the dasasahitya for Twenty Five (25) hours in the solo dasarapada singing devotional musical presentation ‘Panchavimshati’.
The World Record “most sound makers played in a musical relay” has been achieved by Abhay Tiwari from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
On Sep 01, 2026; Mr. Tiwari has played Forty Three (43) sound makers in a musical relay during a programme organised at ‘DB City Mall, Bhopal’ to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Vande Mataram.
The World Record “longest incessant journey by car in a single country” has been jointly achieved by Keshava Prasad Muliya and Dr. Anil S. Baipadithaya from Puttur, Karnataka, India.
During Sep 07 – 08, 2026; Mr. Muliya and Dr. Baipadithaya travelled a distance of Two Thousand Seventy Five (2,075) kilometres in twenty nine hours by Defender car, commencing from ‘India Gate’, New Delhi, and concluding at ‘Vidhana Soudha’, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
