The World Record “longest yoga lesson” has been achieved by Kushalappa Gowda from Mangalore, Karnataka, India.

During Jul 22-23, 2024; Mr. Gowda conducted the yoga lesson for Twenty Five hours Four minutes Thirty Eight seconds (25H:04M:38S).

The program has been organized during Silver Jubilee celebration of Yenepoya Medical College.

The World Record “longest distance traveled in tiryang mukhottanasana yoga pose in one minute” has been achieved by B. K. Sinchana (10 years 04 months 16 days) from Madikeri, Karnataka, India.

On May 21, 2024; Sinchana (daughter of Ms. B. S. Renuka and Mr. B. C. Keerthi Kumar) traveled Ten (10) meters distance in tiryang mukhottanasana yoga (Intense backbend stretch pose) in one minute.

Smallest Painting Artwork on a Twig

The World Record “smallest painting artwork on a twig” has been achieved by Chetan Kaithwas from Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India.

On May 18, 2024; Mr. Kaithwas exhibited a 10.5 cm long sandalwood twig having diameter of 2 cm painted with eighty figures depicting the story of Ram Setu construction.

Smallest Painting Artwork of Ramayana Story on a Sea Shell

The World Record “smallest painting artwork of ramayana story on a sea shell” has been achieved by Sourabh Kaithwas from Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India.

On May 18, 2024; Mr. Kaithwas exhibited a sea shell measuring 2.5 X 1.6 cm (Length X Width) painted with the story of Ramayana. The sea shell contains twenty four figures depicting various episodes of Ramayana begining from ‘the birth of Lord Ram to his coronation’.
