The World Record of ‘smallest functional Hookah’ has been achieved by Mr. Ikbal Sakka from Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

On Feb 17, 2016; Mr. Sakka made smallest functional hookah. Made up of gold; the hookah has height of 5 mm and nozzle length 4 mm.
