The World Record ‘smallest advertisement’ has been achieved by ASML from Veldhoven, Netherlands.

On Sep 21, 2018; the smallest advertisement measured 33.272 μm (microns) long and 7.76 μm wide. It has been etched and imprinted with deep ultraviolet light on a 300 mm silicon wafer with ASML equipment. The advertisement contained the text ‘To Truly Go Small You Have To Think Big #Smallest_AD ASML’.
