The World Record of performing ‘most sets of surya namaskar yoga (12 hours)’ has been achieved by Ms. Chandani Maheswari from Bhiwani, Haryana, India.
On Feb 14, 2019; Chandani performed Four Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Seven (4657) sets of surya namaskar yoga (sun salutation) in 12 hours.
The World Record has been attempted at Bits international school, Bhiwani.

The World Record of performing ‘most sets of surya namaskar yoga in twelve hours’ was achieved by Ms. Sarita from Bhiwani, Haryana, India. On Jun 20, 2018; Ms. Sarita performed Three Thousand Eight Hundred (3800) sets of surya namaskar yoga (sun salutation) in Twelve hours.
