The World Record ‘most punches in one minute (single hand)’ has been achieved by Ahmad Amin Bodla from Pakistan.

Mr. Bodla achieved Three Hundred Thirteen (313) punches in one minute using his right hand.

The World Record ‘most punches in one minute’ was achieved by Mick Faber from Australia. Mr. Faber achieved Three Hundred One (301) punches in one minute.
