The World Record of ‘most people fitted with hearing aids in 8 hours’ has been achieved by National Programme for Prevention and Control of Deafness, National Health Mission, Manipur and Alimco at Imphal, Manipur, India.

On Nov 05, 2016; a group of qualified Audiologists performed the fitting of the hearing aids to Three Thousand Nine Hundred Eleven (3911) people.
