The World Record of ‘most padma mayurasana pushups in one minute’ has been achieved by Shailendra Dube at Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India.

On Jun 21, 2020; under the guidance of Swami Mahesh Yogi, Shailendra has performed One Hundred Forty Five (145) Padma mayurasana pushups (lotus peacock pushups) in one minute.

Program has been organized by Divya Bharat Nirman Trust and Divya Yogpeeth, Ayodhya.
