The World Record ‘most number of squats in an hour’ has been achieved by Anurag Jha from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Mr. Jha performed Two Thousand Three Hundred (2300) squats in an hour. Mr. Anurag Jha had attempted the record at Barbarian Gym, Indore; under the programme Miracle of One: an initiative of Non Profit Organization SRV SEWA (Shri Vision Social Empowerment & Welfare Association) on January 01, 2013.

Previous World Records:

The World Record “Most number of squats in an hour” was achieved by Zonobe Lemaitre from Belgium. Mr. Zonobe had performed 1500 squats in an hour.
