The World Record of ‘eating the most number of Jalapeno Chilli Peppers in one minute’ has been achieved by Alfredo Hernandes from Chicago, Illinois, USA.

Alfredo created the record by eating 16 Jalapeno Chilli Peppers at the event called La Costena Feel the Heat Challenge. The above said record was created on 17th Sept. 2006 at Chicago, Illinois, USA.
