The World Record of ‘most fist push-ups in one minute’ has been achieved by Mr. Doug Pruden from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
On Sept. 24, 2015; Mr. Pruden performed 81(Eighty One) fist push-ups in one minute at Don Wheaton Family YMCA.

The World Record of ‘most fist push-ups in one minute’ was achieved by Mr. Andres Rios from Madrid, Spain. On Feb 11, 2014; Mr. Rios performed 78 (Seventy Eight) fist push-ups in one minute.
The World Record of ‘most fist push-ups in one minute’ was achieved by Mr. Daljit Singh from Kapurthala, Punjab, India. On May 03, 2013; Mr. Singh performed 75(Seventy Five) fist push-ups in one minute.
