The World Record “most epics authored by an individual” has been achieved by Dr. S. Kalai Punithan from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

During Jan 1993 – Apr 2023; Dr. Punithan has authored Fifty (50) epics in Tamil language. He has written the life of distinguished personalities, bureaucrats, politicians and social leaders in poetic verses.
