The World Record of ‘longest performance of yognidra’ has been achieved by Aahana kaushal (13 years 04 months 15 days) from Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India.

On Jun 15, 2020; Aahana (daughter of Ms. Meenu & Mr. Ajay Singh Kaushal) performed the yognidra (yogic sleep pose) for Twenty Three minutes Twenty Three seconds (23M:23S).

Mr. Ranjit Singh convened the program organized by Trigart Divya yog Asharam.
