Longest Performance of Vrikshasana Yoga

The World Record of ‘longest performance of vrikshasana yoga’ has been achieved by Sachin at Kota, Rajasthan, India.

On Jun 18, 2018; Sachin has performed Vrikshasana yoga (Tree pose) for Two hours Forty Seven minutes (02H:47M).

World Record has been achieved during the celebration of International Yoga Day. Program was convened by Dr. Jaideep Arya and organized by Patanjali Yogpeeth, Government of Rajasthan and Resonance Eduventures Ltd.

Previous World Record:

The World Record of ‘longest performance of Vrikshasana yoga’ was achieved by Mr. Mohan Shankar Thakare at Washim, Maharashtra, India. On Mar 01, 2018; Mr. Thakare incessantly performed the Vrikshasana yoga (tree pose) for Two Hour Twenty Two minutes (2H: 22M). World Record was achieved during the Yoga camp lead by Swami Ramdev ji and organized by Patanjali Yogpeeth.
