The World Record of ‘longest performance of trikonasana yoga’ has been achieved by Aahana Kaushal (13 years 04 months 15 days) from Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India.

On Jun 15, 2020; Aahana (daughter of Ms. Meenu & Mr. Ajay Singh Kaushal) performed the trikonasana yoga (extended triangle pose) for Six minutes Six seconds (06M:06S).

Mr. Ranjit Singh convened the program organized by Trigart Divya yog Asharam.
