The World Record of ‘longest performance of Supta garbhasana yoga’ has been achieved by Saravan Kumar Yadav from Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India.

On Mar 16, 2018; Saravan performed Supta garbhasana (sleeping child posture) for Two hours Twenty Two minutes (2H: 22M).

The Program was organized by Saptrang Seva Samiti & Divya Bharat Nirman Trust and convened by Swami Mahesh Yogi.

Previous World Record:

The World Record of ‘longest performance of Supta garbhasana yoga’ was achieved by Sanjeev Kumar Kanaujia from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. On Jun 21, Sanjeev performed the Supta garbhasana yoga (sleeping foetus pose) for Forty Three (43) minutes. Sardar Patel Yog & Naturopathy Medical Institute organized the program.
