The World Record of ‘longest performance of shalabhasana yoga’ has been achieved by Monika (10 years 07 months 22 days) from Palwal, Haryana, India.

On Jun 16, 2019; Monika (daughter of Ms. Geeta & Mr. Ram Kumar) performed the Shalbhasana yoga (Locust pose) incessantly for Forty Five minutes Fifty seconds (45M:50S).
