The World Record ‘longest performance of prasarita shirshasana yoga on chair’ has been achieved by Jayathu Divakara (17 years 07 months 01 day) at Mysuru, Karnataka, India.

On Jun 15, 2022; Jayathu (son of Ms. Geetha Lakshmi and Mr. Divakara) has performed prasarita shirshasana yoga on chair for Thirty minutes Two seconds (30M:02S).

Under the guidance of Dr. P. N. Ganesh Kumar, program has been organized by ‘Mysore Vivekananda Yoga Education & Research Institution’.
