The World Record of ‘longest performance of matsyasana’ has been achieved by Gyan Prakash from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

On Jun 21, 2018; Gyan Prakash performed the matsyasana (fish pose) for Five hours Fourteen minutes Thirty seconds (5H:14M:30S).

Sardar Patel Yog & Naturopathy Medical Institute organized the program.
