The World Record of ‘longest performance of Khechari mudra yoga’ has been achieved by Lalit Bharti at Kota, Rajasthan, India.

On Jun 19, 2018; Jitendra performed Khechari mudra yoga (Tongue lock pose) for One hour Thirty Four minutes Twenty Eight seconds (01H:34M:28S).
