The World Record “longest performance of kapalbhati pranayam yoga” has been achieved by Aayush (08 years 05 months 08 days) from Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

On Jun 09, 2024; Aayush (son of Ms. Pooja Devi and Mr. Ravi Singh) performed Kapalbhati pranayam yoga (Skull shining breathing exercise) for Six hours Two minutes (06H:02M).

Acharya Pranav and Uttam Arya convened the program organized by ‘Gurukul Mahavidyalaya, Rudrapur’.
