The World Record of ‘longest performance of abdominal plank’ has been achieved by Abhishek Sihag from Sikar, Rajasthan, India.

On Jan 01, 2019; Mr. Abhishek performed the abdominal plank for Eight hours Ten minutes (08H:10M).

Performance was achieved under guidance of Mr. Balbeer Choudhary at Body Power Fitness Gym.

Previous World Rdecord:

The world record of ‘longest performance of abdominal plank’ was achieved by Mao Weidongfrom Beijing, China. On May 14 2016; Mr Mao performed the abdominal plank position for 8 hours 1 minute (08H:01M) at Shangri-La hotel Beijing.
