The World Record of ‘longest annual ritual execution of bestowing rakhi’ has been achieved by Shantu Pundrik Palrecha from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

In Aug, 2020; The Palrecha family offered a forty inch rakhi at Khajrana Ganesh temple and executed the annual ritual of bestowing rakhi for consecutive seventeen (17) years.
