The World Record of ‘largest political party’ has been achieved by The Communist Party of China.

The Communist Party of China (CPC); the ruling and sole governing political party of the People’s Republic of China is world’s largest political party with a membership of 86.5 million as on December 31 2014. The Communist Party of China was founded in 1921.
