The World Record of ‘largest mass transformation of an omnivore community to vegetarian’ has been achieved by Baba Jai Guru Dev Dharm Vikas Sanstha at Kathmandu, Nepal.

On Nov 15, 2019; under the guidance of Sant Shri Umakantji Maharaj, One Thousand Five Hundred Forty Seven (1547) Tharu tribal people from Nepal has transformed from omnivore to vegetarian during a program organized at Tundi khel ka maidan, Kathmandu.
