The World Record of ‘largest distribution of paper bags (24 hours)’ has been achieved by Aastha Gram Trust from Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, India.

On Jan 25, 2017; One Hundred Fifty Thousand Five Hundred Fifty (150550) paper bags were free of cost distributed to the vendors at Navgrah mela to discard the habit of using polythene bags.
