The World Record ‘largest congregation of people with same name’ has been achieved by Peacock Development Company from Kyrenia, Cyprus.

On Nov 07, 2015; Peacock Development Company Limited organized an event where One Thousand One Hundred Twenty Four (1124) women with the same name ‘Sofia’ gathered and enjoyed the live singing show along with mocktail party.

Previous World Record:

The World Record largest congregation of people with same name’ was achieved by Dubai Shopping Festival from Dubai, UAE. On Feb 10, 2005; during Dubai Shopping Festival, One Thousand Ninety Six (1096) people with a name ‘Mohammed’ gathered at Creek Park.
