The World Record of ‘largest collection of unduplicated postal stamps on the theme Butterflies’ has been achieved by Dr. Tapesh Chandra Gupta from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

As on Dec 29, 2014; Dr. Gupta has a collection of 1718 (One Thousand Seven Hundred Eighteen) stamps on the theme Butterflies from 148 countries.

Previous World Record:

World Record of collecting maximum number of stamps on the “Butterflies” was achieved by Melinda Hines from Canada. Ms. Hines had collection of 1250 (One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty) stamps on Butterflies theme.
