The World Record “largest breathing exercise session” has been achieved by Hezhou Municipal Bureau of Sports at Hezhou, Guangxi, China.

On Oct 28, 2017; Five Thousand Two Hundred Eighty (5280) people participated in the breathing exercise session in which five breathing exercise were taught.
