The World Record “first socio-cultural treatise on bhutan” has been achieved by  Dr. Shubhada Pandey from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.

On Aug 30, 2024; Dr. Pandey exhibited the book ‘Pannai yadon ka kalptaru: Bhutan‘ containing social, cultural, environmental, historical, political, economical, ethical and philosophical insights of Bhutan in very unique, nuanced and engaging narrative.
