The World Record of ‘fastest performance of surya namaskar yoga (one hour)’ has been achieved by Satyendra Joshi at Kota, Rajasthan, India.

On Jun 20, 2018; Satyendra performed Surya Namaskar yoga (Sun salutation) for Five Hundred Seventy Eight (578) times within one hour.
