The World Record “fastest feat of alternate forward and backward elbow touching in one minute” has been achieved by Raksha D. (14 years 11 months 12 days) from Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka, India.

On Sep 20, 2025; Raksha (daughter of Ms. Vanitha and Mr. Dharnappa Poojary) performed the feat of alternate forward and backward elbow touching for One Hundred Seventy Two (172) times in one minute.
