World Record of ‘tallest building in the world’ has been achieved by Burj Khalifa from Dubai, UAE.
Burj Khalifa: World’s Tallest Building has height of 828 m (2,716 ft 6 in) stands in Dubai, UAE. The building was formally known as Burj Dubai but later on it was renamed as Burj Khalifa (Khalifa Tower). The building was developed by Emaar Properties and the building construction began on September 21, 2004 with the exterior of the structure completed on October 01, 2009. The building officially opened on January 04, 2010. The building was made in the honor of the ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayad al –nahyan. The cost of project was $1.5 Billion.
World Record of ‘most people shaving with electric shaver at multiple locations’ has been jointly achieved by Panasonic Corp and soccer club Gamba Osaka from Japan.
On November 3, 2011 Panasonic Corp and soccer club Gamba Osaka (one of the teams of the Japanese national football league known as J-League) jointly set a record of most people shaving with an electric shaver using Panasonic’s 5 blade wet and dry shaver ‘lamdash’ at multiple venue. One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty One (1981) participants were involved at 18 venues in 9 cities, the main record attempt venues were Tokyo, Kanagawa, Osaka, Seoul, Hong Kong and Taipei.
The World Record ‘most people shaving at single location’ has been achieved by people from Greece.
On March 23, 2012: a major supermarket chain company in Northern Greece organized an event, where Two Thousand One Hundred Fifty (2150) men participated and cleaned their shave. The event was sponsored by Gillette to promote their new Fusion Proglide razor.

World’s smallest furnished house has build on the area of merely 96 square feet. Jay Shafer is the creator and resident of this smallest house in the world, which he has proudly named Tumbleweed. Jay has been living in a house since 1997. Jay is an artist and architect, who lives in his home near San Francisco. The house comes fully equipped with a desk and fireplace in the main room; a kitchen; wet bath; and a loft upstairs. The house is wired for electricity and ready to be plugged in through a plug on the outside. The house could also be powered by using a standard AC plug-in, or even better, via a solar electric system with an inverter. There are two-burner stove, an under-counter refrigerator, a bar sink, an RV on demand hot water heater, and a propane boat heater.
The World Record of ‘largest breakfast in the bed’ has been achieved by Priceline and Women’s Health from Sydney, Australia.
Two Hundred Eighty Nine (289) people lying in bed and enjoyed breakfast for five minutes in Martin Place. The breakfast was served by celebrity chef ‘Fast’ Ed Halmagyi.
