The World Record of “the largest crocodile”has been achieved by saltwater crocodile of Mindanao, Philippines.
saltwater crocodile of the species Crocodylus porosus. This particular crocodile have been named as Lolong and has been found in Agusan del Sur Province of Mindanao, Philippines. The crocodile measured 6.17 m (20.24 ft) in length and weighs approximately 1075 kg (2370 lbs). The crocodile was measured at the Bunawan Eco-Park and Research Centre, Bunawan Township, Philippines. The crocodile was measured on July 2nd 2012.
