The world record of “the biggest living rabbit’ in the world has been achieved by Darius (owned by Ms Annette Edwards) from Worcester, UK.
The rabbit ‘Darius’ weighs 22.225 kgs (appx. 49 lbs.) and is 4 ft 3 in tall from head to tail. The daily diet of the ‘Darius’ is twelve carrots, two bowls of rabbit mix, three apples, one cabbage and a plenty of hay. Ms. Annette Edwards who is the proud owner of Darius is a professional in raising rabbits of big size. Although having such a large body-stature, Darius is very gentle and docile. Also, his bulky size does not prevent him to be slow or sluggish but on the contrary he is very active and agile.
The World Record of ‘calendar with social message published by a child’ has been achieved by baby Saara (6 years) from Delhi, India.
Baby Saara Vishnoi had made drawing with the message of ‘Save Girl Child’ at the age of Six years. Twelve drawings of Saara have been selected to publish in the calendar of 2013. Publication of the Save Girl Child Calendar 2013 has been supported by National Dunia: a leading News paper of Delhi and NCR along with Social Organization SRV SEWA.
The World Record for the ‘longest single line of dancers’ has been achieved by Walkway Over The Hudson from Poughkeepsie, New York, USA.
On June 13, 2012; Two Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Nine (2,569) participants danced to a rendition of the “Hokey Pokey” created specifically for the event by singer and storyteller Laurie ‘Story Laurie’ McIntosh along with Rosendale musician and producer Dean Jones.
The World Record ‘unique collection of currency notes with unique series’ has been achieved by Mr. Ranchhod Sethiya from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
As on November 10, 2012; Mr. Sethiya has collected One Thousand Two Hundred Ten (1210) currency notes from 27 countries with unique denominations. The collection included the currency notes with star series, mirror image, single number, same number etc.
The World Record of writing ‘longest email of the world’ has been achieved by Pranesh Sharma from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Mr. Sharma mailed the longest e-mail titled ‘Swami Vivekanad: An inspirational Personality’ which contained Seven Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand One Hundred Six (737106) words.
