The World Record of ‘longest hug by a pair’ has been achieved by Ron O’Neil and Theresa Kerr from Ontario, Canada.
On 13th June 2010; in an event at Centennial Park in Ontario to generate funds for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund (JDRF) this record was attempted. The total duration of the act of hugging each other was a continuous 24 hours, 33 minutes. Both Ron and Theresa are diabetes prevention and cure activists and are working hard to raise funds for research and treatment of this disease.
World Record of collecting various miniature models of motor vehicles has been achieved by Mr. Ratnakar Ramchandra Joshi from Pune, Maharashtra, India.
As on July 2013; Mr. Joshi has collection of 225 miniature models of various motor vehicles which include models of BMW, Mercedes, Ford, Hummer, Cooper, Ferrari, Jaguar, Audi, Tata Motors, Hindustan Motors, Mahindra, Daewoo etc.
Mr. Joshi also organizes the exhibitions of the collection at various locations to create awareness in children and youngsters about traffic rules & regulation.
The World Record of memorizing and recalling the square roots from 1 to 100 has been achieved by Mr. Himmat Bhardwaj from Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
Mr. Bhardwaj is able to recall the square roots of 1 to 100 up-to 10 decimal places. As on July 18, 2013 Mr. Bhardwaj demonstrated 10 recalling in a minute.
The World Record of Authoring first book on the numerological relation of mobile number and destiny titled ‘What is Your Mobile Number’ published by Times Group Book, 2011 has been achieved by Dr. Seema Midha from Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
Book of Dr. Midha has also been published in Hindi with the title ‘Mobile Number can change your life’.
