The World Record of ‘largest internet literacy campaign for rural women’ has been achieved by Prestige Institute of Management and Research from Indore Madhya Pradesh, India.
In a joint initiative with Bharti Airtel Ltd. more than One Hundred Thousand (100000) rural women has been given Internet literacy under the project e-Shakti.
The World Record of ‘youngest with largest collection of unduplicated coins and currency notes’ has been achieved by Master Sanskar Jain Bedmutha (13 year 11 month) from Manmad, Maharashtra, India.
As on Jan 24, 2016; Sanskar has a collection of unduplicated 1375 coins and 411 currency notes from various countries.
The World Record of ‘largest collection of restaurant collectibles’ has been achieved by Mr. Percival Lugue from Apalit, Pampanga, Philippines.
Till on November 14, 2014; Mr. Lugue has a collection of Ten Thousand Nine Hundred Four (10904) restaurant collectibles. He has been collecting it since 1987.
The World Record of ‘fastest data transfer’ has been achieved by Coriant R&D GmbH.
Collaborating within the MODE-GAP project, scientists and engineers have successfully achieved the world’s highest data transmission rate of 57.6Tb/s (gross rate of 73.7Tb/s) over hollow core optical fibre on Coriant’s testbed facility.
