The World Record of ‘biggest mushroom’ has been achieved by the white mushroom from Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico.
The white mushroom belonging to the species Macrocybe titans has been picked up in a forest close to a coffee plantation of Chiapas and identified by Southern Border University Centre. The biggest mushroom has been 70 cm (27 in) tall and weighing 20 kilo (41 lb). This species usually grows 30 cm (11 in) tall and the cap can be 100 cm (40 in) in diameter.
The World Record of ‘longest performance of Baddha padmasana yoga’ has been achieved by Shivanshu Patel (13 years 01 month) from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
On Jun 03, 2018; Shivanshu (son of Ms. Pammy & Mr. R.C. Singh Patel) performed the Baddha padmasana (locked lotus pose) for One hour Twenty Eight minutes Forty seconds (1H:28M:40S).

The World Record “First to land human on the moon” has been achieved by National Aeronautics Space Administration (NASA) from the United States of America.
On July 20, 1969; NASA managed the landing of Apollo lunar module Eagle with astronauts Commander Neil Armstrong, lunar module pilot Buzz Aldrin who stepped on moon’s surface and pilot Michel Collins who flew the command module Columbia.
Apollo was launched on July 16, 1969; through the rocket Saturn V from Kennedy Space Center. It landed on the moon at Tranquility Base, Mare Tranquillitatis 0.67416°N, 23.47314°E and successfully returned to Earth on Jul 24, 1969.
