The World Record of ‘most people singing carol’ has been achieved by Godswill Akpabio unity choir from Akwa Ibom, Nigeria.
On December 13, 2014; at the Uyo Township Stadium, Twenty Five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Two (25272) choirs sang a medley of Carols ‘The first Noel’, ‘Joy to the World’, ‘O Christmas Tree’, ‘Hark the Herald sing’, ‘Once in royal Davids city’ and ‘O come all ye faithful’.
The World Record of ‘largest sculpture of buttons and bronze thimble’ has been achieved by Spadina Avenue from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
At the corner of Richmond and Spadina sits the sculpture made of two buttons and a bronze thimble fit for a giant. It has been made by artist Stephen Cruise. The sculpture is homage to the area’s history as part of the garment industry.

On December 11, 2015; during an event, Mr. Pienaar has drunk 500 g tomato ketchup through straw in 41.22 seconds.
The World Record of ‘largest performance of Surya namaskar yoga in Six hours’ has been achieved by master Ashish Zanth (12 years 10 months) from Rampur Bhushar, Himachal Pradesh, India.
On Jun 15, 2017; Ashish (son of Mr. Alok Zanth and Ms. Shashi Zanth) performed Fourteen Thousand (1400) sets of Surya namaskar yoga (Sun salutation) in Six hours.
