The World Record of ‘most books donated to charity in a week’ has been achieved by the Rotary Clubs of Jamaica from Jamaica.
During May 01- 08, 2010; Six Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Sixty One (657061) books were collected and donated to charity in a week. All books were distributed to the Jamaica Library Service and various schools.
The World Record of creating ‘smallest functional lantern’ has been achieved by Mr. Ashok Kumar Aasrani from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
On Jul 02, 2016; Mr. Aasrani exhibited smallest functional lantern measuring 12 x 23 mm (width x height). The lantern can enlighten for 50 to 60 seconds.

On Sept 09, 2018; Mr. Ashish performed Hundred Surya Namaskar Yoga in Seven Minutes Two seconds (7M: 2S).
The World Record of ‘most people signed pledge form for practicing vegetarianism (multiple locations)’ has been achieved by Baba Jai Guru Dev Dharm Vikas Sanstha from Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India.
During Oct 24 – Nov 22, 2017; under the guidance of Sant Shri Umakantji Maharaj, One Million Eight Hundred Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty One (1803251) people signed pledge form for practicing vegetarianism.
The World Record of ‘most costumes changed in eight hours’ has been jointly achieved by Kmart and Mr. Monty Rezell from Chicago, Illinois, USA.
On October 11, 2012; Dancer Monty Rezell tried One Hundred Fifty Five (155) Halloween costumes during the production of a video for Kmart.
The World Record of ‘largest spectacle’ has been achieved by Mr. Vasant R. Thakur from Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
On Oct 02, 2017; to tribute Mahatma Gandhi and promote ‘Clean India Campaign’ Congress Sewa Dal under the guidance of Mr. Thakur, created the spectacle with dimensions of 7 x 9 ft. The glass mounted in the spectacle had diameter of 3 ft.
