On Sep 21, 2018; the smallest advertisement measured 33.272 μm (microns) long and 7.76 μm wide. It has been etched and imprinted with deep ultraviolet light on a 300 mm silicon wafer with ASML equipment. The advertisement contained the text ‘To Truly Go Small You Have To Think Big #Smallest_AD ASML’.
The World Record ‘smallest painting on a runner bean seed’ has been achieved by Hadiyal Ketanbhai Ghanshyambhai from Botad, Gujarat, India.
On May 30, 2021; Mr. Hadiyal exhibited a runner bean seed measuring 20 x 10 mm (length x width) oil painted with a picture spreading message of ‘save the girl’.
