The World Record of ‘most half push-ups in one hour’ has been achieved by Master Jitin Choudhary (16 year 274 days) from Khanpur, Delhi, India.
On August 13, 2016; Jitin performed Three Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Nine (3679) half-push ups in one hour. Mr. Ashish Choudhary from Health India Gym coached the record Holder.
The World Record of ‘most head spins in a minute’ has been achieved by Mr. Philip Obi from Kano, Nigeria.
On March 19, 2015; Mr. Obi spun his head One Hundred Thirty Nine (139) times in a minute.
The World Record of performing ‘longest head-stand yoga’ has been achieved by Mr. Jaipal from Sikar, Rajasthan, India.
On Jan 12, 2017; Mr. Jaipal performed head-stand yoga (Shirsasan) for Two Hour Twenty One Minutes. (2 Hr:21 Min) incessantly.
The World Record of ‘most push ups on thumbs in one minute’ has been achieved by Mr. Fabian Collin from Uppsala, Sweden.
On October 02, 2015; Mr. Collin performed 54 (Fifty Four) push–ups on thumbs in one minute.
The World Record of performing ‘largest set of Surya namaskar yoga’ has been achieved by Mr. Gobind at Faridabad, Haryana, India.
On June 21, 2016; Mr. Gobind incessantly performed Three Thousand One Hundred (3100) sets of Surya Namaskar yoga.
