The World Record of ‘most advanced yoga postures performed in restricted space in one minute’ has been achieved by Samridhi Kalia (11 years 05 months 03 days) from Dubai, UAE.
On Jun 21, 2020; Samridhi (daughter of Ms. Prerna and Mr. Sidharth Kalia) has performed Forty (40) advanced yoga postures in one minute.
Performance was done on the occasion of International Yoga Day.
