Dr. Khetawat has grown world’s smallest rose having diameter of One (1) cm. This rose named ‘Diamond Rose’ belongs to Petile – polie variety.
The World Record of ‘biggest coin stair made and balanced on palm in a minute’ has been achieved by Rodrigues Gustavo from Cancun, Mexico.
The record was achieved by Mr. Gustavo on November 19, 2013. The total number of coins used to make the coin stairs were Sixty Seven (67). All the coins used belonged to the Mexican Currency. Mr. Gustavo has been practicing the art of balancing coin towers since childhood.

The World Record of ‘largest administrative building’ in the world has been achieved by the Palace of the Romanian Parliament from Bucharest, Romania.
The total floor area of the building is more than Three Hundred Sixty Thousand (360,000) square meters and houses both the chambers of Romanian Parliament. The building was designed by Architect Mrs. Anca Petrescu. The Palace of the Roman Parliament also has the distinction of being the world’s most expensive administrative building and the world’s heaviest building. The structure is 270 meters long, 240 meters wide, 86 meters high and 93 meters underground.
