The World Record ‘tallest statue’ has been achieved by Statue of Unity at Ekta Nagar, Gujarat, India.
Inaugurated on Oct 31, 2018; the statue measuring 182 meters (597 ft 01 in) depicts Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The statue of Unity is a testimonial to the life of Sardar Patel, a role model of unity and statesmanship.
Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited wo (SSNNL) entrusted the implementation of the Statue of Unity.
The World Record of ‘largest administrative building’ in the world has been achieved by the Palace of the Romanian Parliament from Bucharest, Romania.
The total floor area of the building is more than Three Hundred Sixty Thousand (360,000) square meters and houses both the chambers of Romanian Parliament. The building was designed by Architect Mrs. Anca Petrescu. The Palace of the Roman Parliament also has the distinction of being the world’s most expensive administrative building and the world’s heaviest building. The structure is 270 meters long, 240 meters wide, 86 meters high and 93 meters underground.
The World Record of making ‘smallest functional business card’ has been achieved by Mr. Ashok Kumar Sinha of Gopesh Print O Pack Pvt. Ltd. from Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
On July 25, 2014; Mr. Sinha has prepared the smallest functional business card with dimensions 25 x 15 mm.

The World Record of ‘most number of Christmas lights on a private property’ has been achieved by the family of David Richards from Canberra, Australia.
The total number of lights which the family displayed on their property were Five Hundred Thousand Two Thousand One Hundred Sixty Five (502165). The total length of the display of the lights was more than 31 miles (about 50 km.) along with several glowing reindeers.
The World Record of ‘largest truck’ in the world has been achieved by The Terex 33-19 ‘Titan’ from Sparwood, British Columbia, Canada.
The engine of the truck measures 10,343 cubic inches. The total length of the vehicle is 20.35 meters (66 feet, 9 inches), width 7.8 meters (25 feet, 7 inches) and length 6.88 meters (22 feet, 7 inches). The total weight of the truck is 548.48 tonnes. This truck was produced by the Terex Division of General Motors and assembled at General Motors Diesel Division’s London, ON, Canada assembly plant. After decommissioning in 1998; the decommissioned vehicle is now kept for static display in Sparwood.
