On Jun, 9, 2014, Mr. Jon Bland and Olly Wigglesworth spent 27 hours hugging at Manchester Piccadilly Railway Station. They attempted this record of ‘hugathon’ to support National Carers Week on the station’s main concourse.
The World Record ‘longest and smallest flute playing performance in a concert’ has been achieved by Mr. Azharuddin Shaikh from Pune, Maharashtra, India.
On March 16, 2016; in MR children workshop organized by Mahavir International Raipur Capital, Mr. Shaikh played the longest flute: Anahat Venu (12 feet) and the smallest flute: Chetanya Venu (1 Inch) successively.

The world record of ‘biggest remote control robot’ has been achieved by Zollner Elektronic AG from Germany.
Radio-controlled Robot ‘dragon’ stands 51 feet tall, weighs 11 tons and it breathes fire. It is powered by a 140 horsepower, 2.0 liter engine, and has a 39-foot wing span. With both hydraulic and electronic components, it has 9 apart controllers, any containing dual TI processors, a Fujitsu microcontroller, and 238 sensors. It also has veins that will drain theatre blood; a whole 80 liters worth.
