On Feb 14, 2024, on the occasion of Vasant panchami One Hundred Sixty Four (164) litterateurs participated in the ‘Maa Saraswati palanquin yatra’.

The World Record “farthest distance travelled in firefighter’s gear in 24 hours” has been achieved by Robert Verhelst from Waunakee, Wisconsin, United States of America.
During Apr 19 – 20, 2024; Mr. Verhelst travelled Forty (40) miles in 24 hours while wearing full firefighter’s gear, including a helmet, turnout jacket, bunker pants and boots.
Ex-fireman performed the feat at Scottsdale, Arizona to raise awareness about mental health issues and needs in the first responder community.
