The World Record of ‘book character dressed fastest marathon runner’ has been achieved by Mr. David Ross from UK.

On April 17; Mr. Ross participated in the Virgin London Marathon and dressed as ‘Dennis the Menace’. He completed the marathon in 3 hours 2 minutes 30 seconds.
